Black Thumb? No space? Need some green in your apartment or home? How about trying out a vertical garden using air plants! This article on Flora Grubb Garden’s site features a few awesome vertical gardens. While theirs are all outside, you can also bring these indoors if you don’t have any outdoor spaces. If you know me, you know I’m into the bright and quirky, and sometimes slightly weird things. I saw somethings similar to this posted on a blog awhile back and it made me smile. All you need is some spray paint, a dinosaur toy, and an air plant!

I’m not the most patient person so this is my T-Rex soaking up some sun, trying to dry off.

Airplants, contrary to what I thought before I googled them, do actually need to be soaked in water every week or so.

Once this guy has a permanent home, I’ll throw up a pic of him in his new surroundings.
